For our meetings and activities, we will post the notices in the forum under the respective category. All are supposed to post a comment every week stating whether you will be coming, or why not. Your comment must be posted by 2100h (9pm) on the day before the event. (i.e. if its a Saturday event, comment must be posted by Friday 1800h).
