Healthy Lifestyle Course

Dates to attend the workshop:
7th August (2.30pm to 4.30pm)
14th August (2.30pm to 4.30pm)
21st August (2.30pm to 4.30pm)
28th August (2.30pm to 4.30pm)

The course is based on first come first serve basis. Please indicate to me personally which dates you can attend. There won't be a change allowed for the dates. Please inform me at kw.ycsog@gmail about your attendance. As there will be a course required to be attended by the leaders, thus i do not want only 1 or 2 people attending. Without 5 entries, i will not attend the workshop.
